Chan is an expert in strategic IT management and planning, system selection, outsourcing evaluation, managed service offerings, offshore partner development, acquisition integration and global ERP implementation. His success in these areas, coupled with his business-focused systems and technology management experience, make him an expert in transformational success.

 As a former CIO for global manufacturers Johns Manville and StorageTek, and through numerous consulting engagements, Chan’s experience encompasses operations in North America, Europe and Asia where he has had global responsibility Information Technology strategy, implementation, operations and direct line responsibility for employees and contractors. As a founding partner of Arrow Partnership, which was acquired by Richey May in 2018, Chan provided guidance, advice and interim CIO services to clients in the healthcare, energy, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, public sector and services sectors. Additionally, he possesses broad inter-networking and foundational system experience from Network Systems and Control Data.

 Chan currently resides in Evergreen, Colorado with his wife, Rita. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, deep-sea fishing and travel to visit his children and grandchildren. Chan is also an accomplished musician and volunteers on the keyboard at his local church.
